Custom Cushion Measuring Information
There are no standard sizes for cushions. We require measurements including width, seat depth, back height, and cushion thickness. Note: some seats are wider in front than in the rear. Be sure to take all measurements. You must send a template for curved corners. Please click here for printable flyer of all patio furniture repair, replacement and cushion services
Width: Measure the inside of the frame between the arms, left to right.
Height: Measure from the rear of the seat up to the top.
Depth: Measure front to rear.
Thickness: Measure seam to seam thickness of cushion.
Deep-Seating Furniture
Width: Measure from the inside of the frame between the arms, left to right.
Height: If the back cushion will sit on top of the seat cushion you must subtract the thickness of the seat cushion from the height of the back cushion. Note: you must send a template for curved corners.
Depth: Measure front to rear.
Thickness: Measure seam to seam thickness of cushion.
Odd-Shaped Cushions
Pinehurst Patio can make just about anything, from window seats, boat seat cushions, triangular-shaped, oval, and more. For these jobs you must send a pattern (patterns can be made out of wrapping paper, newspaper, etc.) or send the original cushion. It is also helpful if you send along a photograph of the furniture.

- All cushions are made to include zippers and are self-welted
- (same color welt as fabric).
- Ties are included as requested.
- Contrast and double welting can be added at an additional charge
- Buttons can be added for $2 per button.
